Understandably so, since our formula and pigments are derived from vegetables we regularly test for pesticides in every batch and can confirm there are none.

PFAS is used to make cosmetics water proof and long-lasting. They are also known carcinogens and can cause thyroid and fertility issues. We absolutely do not use PFAS in our formulations.

Yes! Our tube packaging is biodegradable. Please throw it in your recycle bin or compost. The inner core is aluminum and can be recycled.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and they will be shipped within 2 business days. All orders are processed and shipped from NYC, NY, USA. We do not ship on USA major holidays and weekends.

You may change or cancel orders only before they are shipped out. If you need to do this, please reach out to us at orders@fluencybeauty.com as soon as possible and include your order number. Orders are processed quickly, we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes, but there are no guarantees.

We ship to anywhere in the USA.  At this time, we cannot offer international orders. We hope to expand this one day as we grow.

Standard shipping is $4.95 and free on all orders $35+. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its order date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. We also offer expedited shipping for additional charges.
